– Now that you are deeply relaxed, imagine yourself in a situation where you would normally feel fear. Visualize this situation as vividly as possible, allowing yourself to feel any fear that arises. Now, imagine a switch in your mind that controls your fear response.
– See yourself turning this switch off, completely eliminating any fear or anxiety. As you do this, feel a sense of calm and confidence wash over you. Know that you have the power to overcome any fear that comes your way..
– Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, feeling their truth resonating within you:
– I am brave and fearless.
– I release all fear and embrace courage.
– I am in control of my emotions and responses.
– I trust in my ability to handle anything that comes my way.
– I am free from the grip of fear and anxiety.
– I am filled with confidence and inner strength.
– I attract positive and supportive experiences.
– I am safe and protected at all times.
– I face my fears with grace and resilience.
– I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.
